The Gold Party was in the studio last week working on drum tracks for the full length record with Michael Gavrielides of dreamLab in Athens, GA. Mike was responsible for the magnificent string quartet recording on The Gold Party's Luxury & Light. Recording will continue through the summer along with a handful of local shows.
Our lovely friends in powerkompany will be celebrating the release of their new record. The Gold Party will perform along with the beautiful Easter Island. Here are the details:

We just want to thank the very awesome participants at our recent shows at the 40 Watt with Misfortune 500/Romanenko, Eighty-Five club, and the Caledonia Longue for G-Lamb's birthday, we really appreciate all the support, it means the world to us.
Secondly, we will be playing this years AthFest on Friday, June 25th at 6 PM sharp on the Pulaski Outdoor main stage. This will take place right after the lovely Allison Weiss and right before dance party gods Reptar. Make sure to stick around for our good friends in Spring Tigers as well later in the evening!
